About the destination
Trump International Golf Links is one of the very best golfing experiences you can find in Scotland. With the well established Old course being the main draw, they have recently added the New course which only opened in July 2025.
Stay at the nearby 5* Trump MacLeod House & Lodge which is located just north of Aberdeen amidst a magnificent woodland setting. The Manor House was built in 1835 and has foundations that date back to the 14th century. It is surrounded by mountain ranges, rivers, lochs, glens and sand dunes at the nearby beach. Aberdeen airport is only 20 minutes away.
MacLeod House has 9 guest rooms consisting of 3 grand deluxe rooms and 6 superior queen rooms, with 3 of these rooms having 2 queen beds. The Lodge also has 9 guest rooms with 3 classic queen rooms and 6 superior queen rooms with 4 of these rooms having 2 queen beds. Each room is individually designed with period features and has smart TV’s, Wi-Fi, Italian marble en-suites with underfloor heating and views of the estate.
There are 2 on site restaurants, the Dunes Restaurant & Bar which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and there is also Trump’s Restaurant & Cellar Restaurant which caters for a more fine dining experience. Guests can also visit the Clavis Whiskey Bar got an exclusive collection of rare malts.
There is a Spa which offers a range of treatments as well as a 22 acre driving range and a 37,674 sq. ft. putting green.

The Golf Course - Trump International
The Old course at Trump International golf links has been the main attraction for a long time. The course winds it way through stunning scenery venturing through the sand dunes with views of the North Sea. An impeccable design by Martin Hawtree which opened for play in 2012. There are 5 tee’s to suit golfers of all abilities with the longer being the black tee’s and measuring 7,452 yards. The course hosted the DP World Tour Scottish Championship in 2025.
The New course at Trump International Golf Links is a great addition making this a 36 hole complex. The course has several stages starting as a links then heading in to the heathland before moving back out towards the dunes. Also designed by Martin Hatree the course opened for play in 2025. Featuring the same 5 tee layout with the black tee’s measuring 7,589 yards. The New course features the worlds largest natural bunker.
