The 3* Village Hotel Blackpool at Herons Reach Golf Resort is a great destination for your next golf tour. Set amongst 230 acres of heathland and lakes from the beautiful north west countryside. The Golf Course - Herons Reach Golf Break
Herons Reach golf course was co designed by BBC Legend Peter Alliss and Clive Clark to give us a beautifully sculpted Championship course that has views towards the famous landmark of Blackpool Tower.. You will find well manicured fairways but you can also be punished should you find yourself pulled in to the rough. When standing over your shot keep an eye out for the water hazards which come in to play on 12 of the holes. Maintaining a steady pace and plotting your way through the course will serve you well whilst leading you up to the undulating USGA specification greens. An 18 hole par 72 course measuring 6,628 yards from the blue tees that has a feeling of a links course whilst being in a parkland estate as the coast is so near. You might even feel the effects of the sea winds during your round.
